关于军官setting修改的问题
所谓的officeraimax到底是指对面指挥官的最大等级还是什么?
怎样(改哪些行)实现自己的军官可以高等级和精英等级上限变多而对面电脑不会一大片一大片的满级超精英指挥官?{:5_127:}

可以添加到AI舰队时间原则军官设置的最大雇佣兵类型军官限制

我前年自己捣鼓的时候,遗留下来做的txt,你随便参考一下好了,,这个改不改无所谓的,比较重要的是军官数量,多一点军官智商明显高一大截{:tieba_18:}
