Currently no, all UAF contacts are simply guaranteed faction quest giver so that you can easily get what you want from vanilla missions. but in the next major patch, we might have our own missions that'll further suit our own needs instead of borrowing the vanilla stuff.
There's nothing to gain if you simp the queens or any other NPCs for the time being, getting them higher only grants you better mission and even the chance of purchasing the three super capital ships legally. ( if you wanna assume that as UAF end-game ).
Also, as for that jail suggestion. As much as I'd like to make my own light novel in Starsector. It's simply too much effort to try to branch out the story, so it's going to be somewhat linear for when the campaign comes out.

，就算强行上去，跑的真的是太慢了，被几个护卫舰放风筝，也不撤退，活活把cr消耗完，，，核弹是真的攻势杀手，配相位，只要屁股包不住就必死，但电脑不会用，还容易干死自己。最后小飞机才是真的牛逼!
