更新变化

- Updated for Starsector 0.9.1a
- Gutted the campaign layer because most of it was made obsolete by 0.9a
- The Lancelot beam now cuts through asteroids easily
- Added trails to most weapons
- The Juger, Joyeuse, and Galatine projectiles now destroy missiles they pass through
- Excalibur Core's weapon flux cost and fighter refit time reductions are now dependent on using exclusively Templar-branded technology
- Hull bonuses no longer increase the overall rate of hull regeneration, nor the total hit points regenerated
- Migrated version file to BitBucket

主要是想摸摸船，跨一个版本没碰过了，加上作者说催一次拖一周，有点着急，毕竟测试版和正式版隔着猴年马月的例子就在面前啊（无慈悲）
